Privacy Policy

LottoPick · Last updated: August 2026

In short: LottoPick does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number. The app works with an anonymous, on-device identifier used only to manage your free trial and subscription status. Your saved number picks, favourites, and preferences are stored only on your own device. Details below.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the LottoPick mobile app ("LottoPick", "we", "our") collects, how it is used, and your choices. It applies to the LottoPick app published on Google Play (package com.niyantech.lottopick) and describes the app's actual, current behaviour.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information stored only on your device

The following stays on your device in local app storage and is never uploaded to our servers or shared with anyone:

Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage from your device settings, permanently deletes all of the above.

1.2 Anonymous device & trial identifier

On first launch, the app creates an anonymous sign-in using Firebase Authentication (Anonymous provider), together with a device-level identifier (Android's built-in device ID, or Apple's identifierForVendor on iOS; if neither is available, a random identifier generated and stored on your device). This identifier:

1.3 Advertising data (Google AdMob)

Once your free trial ends, some features can be kept usable for the rest of your app session by watching a short rewarded video ad, as an alternative to subscribing. These ads are served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob and its advertising partners may collect:

Where required by law (for example, users in the EEA and UK), the app requests your consent to personalised advertising via Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested — you may decline and still see non-personalised ads. Subscribing to LottoPick removes the need to watch ads entirely. See How Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy for details on AdMob's own data practices.

1.4 Subscription & payment information

Premium features can be unlocked with a paid subscription. Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Google Play (or, on iOS, the Apple App Store) — we never see, collect, or store your payment card details. We may use a subscription-management service (such as RevenueCat) solely to verify and keep your subscription status up to date within the app. Such a service would only ever receive your anonymous device identifier and subscription status — never your payment information, which stays entirely with Google Play / the App Store.

1.5 Public lottery results

The app displays official lottery draw results and jackpot amounts, collected from publicly available sources and stored on our servers so every user can see the same data. This is public information about lottery draws, not personal data about you.

1.6 What we do NOT collect

We do not collect:

LottoPick does not sell lottery tickets, does not process real-money wagers, and does not connect to any gambling or betting service.

2. Permissions the App May Request

PermissionWhy
Photo libraryOnly if you choose to set a profile picture in Settings. Entirely optional — the app works fully without granting this.
Biometric / Face IDUsed only by the app's internal Admin panel. Regular users are never prompted for this.
Internet accessRequired for the app to load draw results, jackpots, and ads.

3. Third-Party Services

LottoPick uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data only with the third-party service providers named in Section 3, strictly as needed to operate the app — for example, Google Firebase to store the app's data, or Google AdMob to serve an ad you choose to watch.

5. Data Retention & Your Choices

6. Children's Privacy

LottoPick is intended for users aged 18 and over (or the legal age for lottery participation in your region). We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the app is not directed at children.

7. Data Security & International Transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including those provided by Google Firebase, to protect the information described above. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The services listed in Section 3 run on Google's global infrastructure, which may process data outside your country of residence, subject to Google's own safeguards and privacy policies linked above.
